This Morning co-presenter Holly Willoughby is seeking to pursue legal action after a picture of her was used without her permission to sell weight loss pills.
The star’s image was used to promote a Raspberry Ketone supplement, along with a blog post claiming that she used the pills to lose weight, The Mirrorreports.
However, a spokesman for Holly has told Digital Spy that they intend to pursue legal action over “scam websites” trying to use her to sell their products.

“We’re aware of a number of scam websites using images of Holly, along with other celebrities, to sell weight loss products and are liaising with our lawyers about possible legal action,” they said.
Holly has become a household name as a co-presenter of the ITV morning show with Phillip Schofield over the past few years.
However, she recently admitted that she was “a bit scared” of him when they first met, especially as she had grown up watching him.
“I love that man,” she said. “We met on Dancing on Ice, rink side, would you believe? I’d obviously watched him on the telly lots, he was in the Broom Cupboard, he was my children’s TV presenter that I used to watch.
“I was a bit scared when I first met him but that changed very quickly when I realised he was basically me in the male form.”
