As Eaton noted, his struggles with being overweight inspired him to create an effective weight loss diet plan and series of weight loss exercises.
“Growing up I was always overweight, and often teased by people because of my size,” Eaton said, adding that one day, he decided to make a change.
“I started going to the gym 5 to 6 days a week, and eating only 2,000 calories daily. I began to lose 11 pounds a month on average.”
As part of his diet plan for weight loss, Eaton said he starts each day with a hearty organic breakfast consisting of fruits, raw cashews, steak, and eggs.
“Fitness has now become one of my passions and I believe that anyone can reach their fitness goals with grit and determination,” he said.
