Posting her outfit information ahead of her appearance on today’s This Morning, the 36-year-old TV presenter appeared to send her admirers into meltdown as they commented on her slimline frame.

Lynne told MailOnline: ‘Pilates is both mind and body training. It is a fabulous method for improving your posture, making your breathing more efficient and for working on your core stability.
‘It’s a great way to tone up and streamline your body. As you have to focus on your movements, it’s also a great way to relax.’
