It wasn’t just cutting out alcohol—Robinson is also working out and eating vegan. Before you shrug that one off, know he called the meatless, dairy-less diet “amazing.” “There are so many great vegan restaurant and dishes,” he continued. This is objectively true—vegetables taste good, especially when expertly prepared.
Robinson isn’t the first celebrity to stop imbibing for a healthier, trimmer body, and he definitely won’t be the last. Heavy or binge drinking does lead to weight gain, especially in people who are already overweight. Cheers to a healthy lifestyle change.
